What is the importance of gratitude for you?

“Be grateful for the opportunities in life. Waking up healthy is the most important one, so value it!”

What is your goal with LP?

“To make LP a strong company with deep roots, where everyone can work with dignity, always remembering that the company belongs to all of us!”

How did you decide to continue with LP?

“After a long 25 years working in the corporate world and believing in my abilities, I had the privilege to join forces and acquire LP. A small company with a big objective and immense capability. Initially, it was a Supply Chain company serving Brazilian importers and exporters who didn’t need their own team. When I was invited to participate in the project, I immediately saw the opportunity I was looking for—a company without bad habits, without excessive bureaucracy, and with the potential to grow as much as I was willing to work and dream. A company that could adapt to the needs of its clients, incorporating products into our portfolio.”

How is LP today?

“Today, two years after the start, we are a strong and committed team that spans from marketing, sales department, customer clearance, to the essential contribution of our Finance team, and ends with our Road Transport. A small team, but very strong and determined. Always striving for growth, both as a company and personally. Extremely capable and qualified people with a lot of expertise in our network. We work in synergy, providing peace of mind, transparency, and security to our clients and partners. It is important to emphasize that our company registration is made up of many individual tax numbers; without them, LP would not exist.”
